Why VaultConvey exists

South Africa's conveyancing profession is one of the most demanding in the legal world. A conveyancer manages a web of parties — buyers, sellers, banks, estate agents, municipalities, SARS and the Deeds Office — simultaneously, across multiple matters, with legal and financial consequences for every error.

Yet the technology serving this profession had not fundamentally changed in three decades. Document assembly tools existed. Workflow managers existed. But nothing that could genuinely think — that could read an instruction, verify parties, draft documents, track registrations and keep all stakeholders informed, automatically and intelligently.

VaultConvey was built to change that. We took the full conveyancing process — transfers, bond registrations, cancellations and sectional title — and rebuilt it from the ground up with AI at the centre.
